3.9beta0 html5 WebGL renderMode causes correctly alpha blended but black sprites in --advanced mode

renderMode = 2 (WebGL):

  1. cocos run -p web -m release (or debug) --advanced
    black images, alpha works

  2. cocos run -p web -m release (or debug)
    works

renderMode = 1 (Canvas):
Works

And in two separate projects. I did not have this problem with 3.8.1.
But I it is some time I tried --advanced mode previously so cannot really tell if the problem appeared with 3.9beta0.

Funny thing is that even if sprites are all black, alpha blending works.
For example ball sprite with transparent areas in the corners shows as black circle, not fully black rectangle.

Another funny thing is that one single sprite works always!
The difference is that this sprite I create with the image object I get from cc.loader.loadImg.
Other sprites (that are black) I create with filename (which are preloaded with LoaderScene).

I also tought that if it is POT issue. Most sprites are not POT and the one that works is 1024x1024, but on the other hand the ball that does not work is 64x64.
