Can anyone make a `landing page` for me?

Hi Everyone,

With v3.7 coming out, we are also putting out a new release of the Programmers Guide.

@Eschmelax is has been doing some CSS work and the guide is looking great.

Can anyone make a landing page for me that looks like our websites style for the Programmers Guide? When you visit the Programmers Guide instead of going directly to it I want the users to hit this page and choose a version.

Can anyone help me out? You will even get credit in the guide.

Here is the new version, in progress. I am going through and fixing several places where there are words cut off due to some wrapping issues.
