Cocos-code-ide-2.0.0-beta (Intellij IDEA 14.1.1) cocos2d-x setup configuration?

My development environment has below setup
1 - window 10 operating system
2 - android-ndk-r10c
3 - apache-ant-1.9.7
4 - cocos2d-x-3.11.1
5 - python-2.7.11
6 - Android SDK 21
7 - Java 1.7.0-79

does this setup work with cocos-code-ide-2.0.0-beta (Intellij IDEA 14.1.1) for any body ?
Because the above setup doesnot work for me . I am getting error on the above setup while using cocos code ide mention version.

Code IDE has been EOL’d. I’d recommend that you use something else, Cocos Creator would be a good choice.
