Cocos Studio OpenGL error

Hello guys,

Recently I transferred my Cocos Studio to another PC. When I installed the Studio and opened a Scene, this error message “Missing GL version” always shows up. Then when I clicked OK, the Cocos Studio terminates. Any idea why? My
PC supports openGL as what the software Geek3D says.

Hi,

Same error here.
I get the message “Missing GL version” each time I try to load a scene. So the app is crashing!
OpenGL 3.0 is installed. I can run the OpenGL performance tests provided by “GPU Caps Viewer” (from OpenGL v1 to v3).

GPU Shark v0.9.8

  • Windows 10 64-bit build 10586

  • GL_RENDERER: Gallium 0.4 on SVGA3D; build: RELEASE; LLVM;

Here is some information about the crash of Cocos Studio:

Notes:

  • I installed the required .net framework version, C++ runtime(s), etc…
  • In Visual Studio, I can build/run the Cocos Studio project (-> No OpenGL error)
  • Projects created with "Cocos Creator " work perfectly, I found no error of this kind.

Gil,
Regards.

Did you install GTK or similar ( I don’t remember exactly its name ) ?
CocoStudio is now deprecated

@yvinhloi_cntt
Yes. All was installed.
Anyway, thanks for your reply.
I uninstalled Cocos Studio
