Cocos2dx for 3D

When creating an open world, we think that we will divide and generate to reduce the load.
Does cocos 2 dx 3D have a function of suppressing the load of one world and generating it? Or do I need to think about the code to solve the problem?

Blender should be fine. There are also tools like Maya, etc.
