Failed To Load List Of Products

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help.

Ipad Running ios 7.1
Iphone Running 8.3
Iphone Simulator Running 8.3

If I target 7.1+ the list of products loads correctly on simulator. However I can not get the list of products to load on a device. I have re-provisioned the iphone and everything else I can think of or seen suggested elsewhere on the web.

Any suggestions?

So you are saying if you target less than 7.1 the list of products fails to load?

Hi,

I haven’t tried lower. Basically everything works on simulator, but not device.After playing around with the deployment target I started to get the error on the simulator too, after doing a clean build the simulator is working again.

Same trick didn’t work for device.

I believe it’s because Apple’s iap sandbox server is down or unstable right now.

Hi

Just tried again. I can get as far as purchasing/changing app stores 100% of the time on simulator with my test users. But still I cant even get the product list the device?

it started working on the device (unchanged software) about two hours later - dont know why, @nite seems to have been correct stating the apple server was unstable perhaps

i know there can be issues with adding products in itunes connect and having to wait a while - these were added days ago in my case, looking round the web there is a lot of reasons for this problem

this covers most of them, incase any use to someone in the future…
