Edit2: It seems the problem was about the file paths! I corrected it and I can hear the sound effects on my PC. Altough the exception about HsSrv.dll is still happening.
Edit: I updated Windows 10 and my sound card drivers. Still no luck.

When I try to run an Cocos2dx application, there is an exception occuring in the beginning. I can continue into the game, but this time there are no sounds in the game. As I run the same game in the android phone, sound effects are okay.

My operating system is Windows 10 64 bit and I have a Asus Sonar XDS soundcard.
