[TUTORIAL] Adding ListView Cell reuse tests

Hi, all dear cocos developers

I know some of you are struggling with the performance of ListView and some of you are still sticking to the TableView because it provide cell reuse in nature.

Now I have made some tests to show you a way to reuse items in ListView. Because CocosStudio doesn’t support TableView, but ListView has many useful feature since v3.9, like Magnetic scroll etc.

So please give it a shot and give me some feedback about what you think.

Indeed cocos studio has some issues that I have faced.
although it’s a great tool with delayed support.

Do you know anyone, whom I could get in touch to discuss few cocos studio stuffs ??
I have some work notes as well, documented some issues.
