Vungle can not play reward video

Services 3rd-Party

I check PluginVungle::isCacheAvailable and it always return true, but when I play video rewards, the debug show:

[VUNGLESDK] requestStreamingAd: {
“sleepCode” : “exchangeRemovedAllCampaigns”,
“info” : “Exchange removed all campaigns”,
“shouldStream” : false,
“sleep” : 1801
}
[VUNGLESDK] request ad: sleep
How to play and check the video can play?

If you change the vungle to the sample config here dose it work?
