Why is google play services library needed in IAP android

Hi,

https://developer.android.com/google/play/billing/billing_integrate.html doesn’t talk of any library reference for google play services.

I see the google services library is needed while using SDKBOX IAP.

Can somebody please shed some light on this?

google play services are not required for google play IAP, you can safely remove it.
