About REMOVED.git-id

Please answer these questions to help fix this issue:
What’s the issue?
I try to git clone cocos2dx-repository,
to resolve the old applicaton which I was made two years ago,
I command “git checkout v1”
and I try to build, but failed
I notice that libcurl, libjpeg, libpng has only left *.REMOVED.git-id file in cocos2dx/platform/thirdparty
I have question that how to solve these git-id issue,

I open REMOVED.git-id file
and the file has hash like information (ex : 5fe89fb5bd58cedf13b0363f97b20e3ea7ff255d)

please help me

What’s the engine version? cocos2dx v1
How to reproduce it?
just “git checkout v1”
and (./create-android-project.sh)
and (./native-build.sh)

I think cocos2dx use rfg-repo-cleaner(http://rtyley.github.io/bfg-repo-cleaner/)

interact with each other
