About tilemap functions in cocos2dx

HI, guys,
I found it hard to implement my requirement within tilemap functionality in cocos2dx.
I want to implement collision between each tile.So I need to get each tile’s collision rect in tileset. But after I load the tmx file to code, I looked over many classes about tilemap like TMXTiledMap,TMXMapInfo… but found none collision information for each tile.

How can I get collision info per tile?Does the latest version of cocos2dx support this?

Are you using Tiled’s “Tile Collision Editor”? This is unsupported currently.

Or is your collision data just objects (rect, ellipse, etc) in an object layer? For this you’ll have to extract yourself by iterating through object groups, and then their objects to parse the ValueMap properties (x,y,height, etc) yourself.

Thanks for your reply.
Yes,I am using Tiled’s Collistion editor. But the object group and its objects don’t include the property “name” in the tmx file saved by Tiled.However,cocos2dx’s TMXTileMap class only support getting a certain group or object by its name.So I can only get a vector of groups or objects but don’t know which tile each of the groups or objects belongs to!
Well, finally I came up with a quick fix to this. That is modify the Tiled editor’s code! I add a name to the group each time it is created. And the name string is converted from the tile id the group belongs to.For example,I set the group name to “1” when its tile id is 1.
So with this fix,I can simply get the collision information just by the tile id in code now!The only thing need to do before this is convert the int type to a string type!
However I still hope the cocos2dx and Tiled will co-work together to implement this feature in the future.
