Account validation info is not accepted by the system

I try to publish my extension to the Cocos Store. And my account should pass a validation process. However, when I try to upload my passport picture it is not accepted by the system and just ignored. Also my ukrainian phone number is not accepted as well.

Can I pass the validation as a developer from Ukraine? And how to do that?

I’ll look into this with engineering.

I talked with engineering and uploading an identification document is not a requirement at this time. Subject to change in the future.
