Add custom html/css for web export?

Is there a way or special spot to include custom index.html and css file in a project?
Every build replaces html and css with stock template files. I can obviously go back and replace the files over and over but there must be a better way.

Missed this in the docs. It’s done with a template folder in build folder

# Custom Project Build Template

Creator support custom build template to project.    
You just need to add a folder `build-templates` in the project path, the sub-folder in `build-templates` should named with platform.   
Then all the files in the folder will be copied to build path according to the folder structure.

Folder Structure:

project-folder
 |--assets
 |--build
 |--build-templates
      |--web-mobile
            |--index.html
      |--jsb-binary
            |--main.js
      |--jsb-default
            |--main.js
```
