"Agora RTC" service not available in the Cocos Creator panel

In Cocos creator, it is possible to use the Agora RTC SDK, but that option is not available, in version 3.8 of Cocos Creator, is this option no longer available?

Hello, the Cocos Creator 3.x version no longer provides the Agora RTC service. If you need this feature, you need to visit the Agora website and learn to use the service and SDK they provide.
