"Cocos" connection failed

Hi, from 3 days I’m experiencing network problem in “Cocos” app:

So I can’t download any files like new 3.9 version… I want framework version so it’s the only place I can download it.

Still not working. I’m only one who have this problem?

Finally problem disappered, but there’s no cocos 3.9 framework available.

Ok it’s finally there, but I can’t download it:

I don’t know why it’s talking about 3.8. I want to update to 3.9.

I’ve also tried “link” button which opened external link to a chinese page. I signed in and clicked blue button (probably “download”) and I’m getting server error:

In address bar I can see:

http://cdn.cocos2d-x.org/CocosFramework-V3.9-Mac.pkg

So that’s the file that “cocos” is probably trying to download.
