Does Cocos3dx is an add-on part of Cocos2dx library...?

Hi!..
I accidentally put Cocos3dx on google and found that it exists …
But webpage does not contain so much information, no API documentation, neither a forum.
So i was wondering if there is a tight relation with Cocos2dx… as a 3d plugin to add to. … not sure at all… anyone has setup 3dx?

I noticed that it says it is for iOS… only?
