Easiest way to add ads?

I don’t need or even want ads in my app, but my app was rejected because it uses the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) with mixPanel and the only way to have mix panel not use the IDFA is by not including the ad framework, but my app needs that framework to support Facebook.

So how do I add an advertisement that uses the IDFA, but appears so rarely that most people never see it?
