How to disable Google Analytics sending "org.cocos2dx.cpp.AppActivity" screen

Hello. Sorry for my english. I successfully integrated Google analytics plugin, everything works fine. But plugin automatically sends “org.cocos2dx.cpp.AppActivity” screen. I really need to disable it. Please tell me how to do this.

thank you in advance.

Hello @YuriyKan

I beg your pardon.
I didn’t understand your question clearly.

Could you explain in detail please ?

Thanks,
Pabitra

Do you mean turn off screen tracking?
https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/android/v4/screens

Try this

<!-- GA automatic Activity measurement -->
<bool name="ga_autoActivityTracking">false</bool>

Also he should set screen name, otherwise activity is set as primary screen.

Hello Pabitra
I integrated Google Analytics Framework manually by instructions http://docs.sdkbox.com/en/plugins/googleanalytics/v3-cpp/#manual-integration-for-android
in my game i need to track some screen and events. Everything works fine. In google analytics get all Screens and Events that I send, but I also get one screen “org.cocos2dx.cpp.AppActivity” which I don’t send. Its not fatal, but i really interferes analyse my data. And I can’t find where this Screen is sending

Thanks,
Yuriy

Hello Nite
Thanks for your answer
I haven’t idea where is XML configuration file in my project

I’m using cocos2d-x 3.6, platform android, C++ language

and I need screen tracking.
I just don’t need to get ONE SCREEN which I don’t send

Usually it’s under proj.android/res/xml folder

https://github.com/sdkbox/sdkbox-ga-sample/blob/master/cpp/proj.android/res/xml/global_tracker.xml

I don’t know how it works, but I don’t have this file
Is in fine to add this file manually?

I have same problem when a started tracking iOS data - I get “Plugin initialization screen”

Google analytics requires this file to work, if you don’t have it you have to add it manually.

Hi,

I’m also having this problem.

In iOS, it tracks “Plugin initialization screen” when start tracking.
Have you figured out how to disable / remove this logScreen?

In Android, I’m still having screen tracking: org.cocos2dx.cpp.AppActivity
although I have disabled it in the global_tracker.xml file:

bool name=“ga_autoActivityTracking”>false</
string name=“org.cocos2dx.cpp.AppActivity”></

How can I disable / remove this Activity tracking?

Thanks.

I resolved the android issue with following (adding it after starting the session):
sdkbox::PluginGoogleAnalytics::logScreen("YourScreenName");

I hope that should resolve the issue on iOS as well.
Let me know the outcome.

thanks,
Radhey.

I think there was in latest sdkbox parameter in json to disable log of default screen
