How to resolve console errors "assest missing", "download-file.ts 404", "CCLocal buffer binding"?

I am getting following errors in web console. does anyone knows reason for these errors?

The asset 3a648280-89ee-4f8c-8271-991e58175105 is missing!

Buffer binding ‘CCLocal’ at set 2 binding 0 is not bounded
