How to use std::vector<atype> when compiling for Android v3.7

Everything works great when I compile via Xcode. But I get the following error when I try to compile with android:

cocos run -s ./AppPath -p android

Error: ‘vector’ in namespace ‘std’ does not name a template type

I am trying to compile v3.7 using ndk r10e and SDK 10, and I get the above error.

What is the best way to fix it ?

If I update Application.mk to have this line:

APP_STL := stlport_static

instead of

APP_STL := gnustl_static

Then that error goes away and instead I get a lot of errors when trying to compile cocos2d such as:

proj.android/…/cocos2d/cocos/3d/…/base/CCConsole.h:42:18: fatal error: thread: No such file or directory
#include

For some reason it cannot find thread.

NDK = r10c (problem even with r10e)
SDK = android-22 and android 10
Cocos2d-x v3.7
