HTTPRequest* GET not working with JSON Params

Hi,
I am trying to send normal GET Request to my server which is successful when theres no param attached like http://abc.xyz.com/f_register.php and gives response->getResponseCode() == 200.
But When I send a request as http://abc.xyz.com/f_register.php?p={“id”:“00000c0f-d00f-0f00-00ce-0000e0b000fa”,“f”:1,“n”:“Self”,“picture”:"/path/file"}
There’s an error and response->getResponseCode() != 200
I am not sure what exactly is going wrong.
Can anybody Help Me with that.

This is My Complete Code

 cocos2d::network::HttpRequest* request = new cocos2d::network::HttpRequest();
    std::string completeURL = UtilConstants::ServerURL + URL + data1;
    request->setUrl(completeURL.c_str());
    request->setRequestType(cocos2d::network::HttpRequest::Type::GET);
    request->setResponseCallback(CC_CALLBACK_2(NetworkUtil::onHttpRequestCompleted, this));
    cocos2d::network::HttpClient::getInstance()->sendImmediate(request);
    request->release();

So From My initial debugging I found out that whenever i include {} in GET data the request was not being sent and resulted in an error so how do people send JSON value as GET data to server…??
Is this the issue of Cocos2d-x or something else…??
