Https server certificate issue CC 3.8.6

Hi there,
I’m using CC 3.8.6, when I try to configure https server with SSL I will get following error in console:

 error:0900006e:PEM routines:OPENSSL_internal:NO_START_LINE

I’ve tested SSL certificate and private key to run a nodejs https server, and they are working properly!
