Hello, I want to sell my games on cocos store
On account dashboard, I uploaded my Vietnamese ID photo to the dashboard, but after 1 week, the status is still " personal authentication Certification Status: To Audit", therefore I can not sell games on cocos store.
Please help me to process my account.

Store was really delay, but one impotaint thing you need to know that store now only accept withdraw to Alipay account with name holder exactly your cocos store account. So if u don’t have Alipay account, u can not withdraw your money (for now).
So can you give me a solution, I live in Hanoi, vietnam , how can I get a Alipay account to withdraw
I’m the same as you, cause Alipay only accept Chinese so the best solution is wait for Cocos team work for this. You can also sell your assets on other marketplace.
