No callback in sdkbox for facebook logout

I am using facebook plugin from sdkbox, integrated successfully but on login i received delgate listner but on logout there is no listner that tell user your logout is done or not.

Also, I would request you to change the tag of the thread from cocos2d-x to SDKBOX
as that would be easy for SDKBOX team to trace issues related to it.

Official Facebook SDK don’t provide any callback for logout, so there is not much we can do here.

I agree we can create a branch and fix it, in fact I was thinking about creating a Facebook branch that’s not broken, since their login flow suck after 4.6.
