[sdkbox AdColony]listener was not called or skipped

I have test the official sample (sdkbox-sample-adcolony/js at master · sdkbox/sdkbox-sample-adcolony · GitHub) .
If I set up 11 zones, the listener may not be called.
Here is the log after the movie played

As you can see the “onAdColonyReward” is not called.

If I use only 2 zones, it would be fine, But I need to use 11 zones.
What should I do?

Hei man,

There isn’t video item in your config. For example:

yes, because only what I want is V4VC.
you should know that v4vc is also video. The different between “v4vc:true” and “v4vc:false” is only v4vc have onReward callback and pre_popup(post_popup).

but that is not the problem.

what I have found is when I use that config and press the menu item.

I can only get onAdColonyReward callback 5~8times/10 times. As the log I post at first. “onAdColonyStarted” and “onAdColonyFinished” is called but “onAdColonyReward” is miss.

but if I only use 2 or 3 zones, I will got onAdColonyReward callback 100% after I see the video.
and I test on android.

I tested https://github.com/sdkbox/sdkbox-sample-adcolony/tree/master/js with your sdkbox_config.json .
Click show v4vc 10 times when it’s ready, and got 100% onAdColonyReward callback.

I have updated the AdColony SDK to the latest version.And have fix the plugin like this:

But still have the same problem.
I test it on iPhone for 20 times, and there was one time that onAdColonyReward was not called.

Since it was happened on both Android and iOS, there may be something tricky in the plugin. please take a look at it.

I have also test the iOS sample project
