Need steps to create cordova iOS project

By referring to this link: Creator 2.4.3 Cordova Ios build issue, we are considering creating an iOS build using Cordova to improve performance([IOS Game Overheating Issue]). Could anyone provide steps to create a build or share a test project for the same?

We are encountering the error ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: cc in our Cocos Creator 3.8.3 project. This issue does not occur in Cocos Creator version 2 project
